We offer free exchanges. The shipping cost is on us !
Please reach us out on our email within 15 days of delivery to request an exchange at no extra cost. Please read all instructions carefully.
Please note, we accommodate both size exchange and refund requests for clothing within 15 days of delivery.
In case of an exchange, you still get further 15 days to request for a subsequent exchange or refund request. Don't worry, we got you.
The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags (if any) attached. We reserve the right not to accept the exchange of products which we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled. Please make a unboxing video so that we rule out any transit/delivery issues.

Returns are available for products that you didn't like or got damaged during transit. We aim to make your return as hassle-free as possible. We do comprehensive checks before sending the products and try to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. But for every product we request you to make an unboxing video showing the delivered package in its original condition.
